During this two-year paid role you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced team in maintaining and improving a garden and nursery open to the public, as well as study towards an academic qualification in RHS level 3 horticulture. Trainee Caseworker
An exciting opportunity to join Perennial’s services team in a developmental role, which is homebased in England. Our purpose is to create better futures for horticulturists, and our casework team deliver help services which include advice, information and support for people working across horticulture. Trainee caseworkers will have their own caseload and will work with individuals and their families to identify and put in place solutions that will help them move forward in their lives. The successful candidate will be a holistic practitioner, experienced at undertaking assessments and developing case work plans to address causal issues.
