Casework Team Administrator
Permanent Post, Home Based,
Full time (37.5 hours/week)
Up to £24,725 pa
Are you an experienced and versatile administrator? Can you work alone on your own initiative and be part of a team helping horticulturists in need?
Perennial is a long established occupational charity providing advice, practical help and in some circumstances, financial assistance to all those working in, or who have worked in the horticultural industry. You will be extremely well organized, able to multitask and prioritise and be confident with Microsoft Office and IT, including using a database.
Reporting to our Head of Casework, you will provide general administrative assistance to our North and South Regional Casework Teams including but not limited to: general correspondence with clients, grant applications to other charities, monitoring receipts for payments, scanning post and updating the database as required, arranging training, travel, meetings (and sometimes attending to take minutes).
You will live in a reasonably central location, ideally somewhere in the Midlands within easy access of a motorway. Own car desirable.
