Do you have up to date knowledge of the UK welfare benefits system and the recent and forthcoming changes? Can you work alone and on your own initiative but be part of a team helping horticulturists in need?

Perennial – Gardeners’ Royal Benevolent Society provides help and support to all those working in or who have worked in the horticultural industry.

Working as a member of our Caseworker Team, you will provide a professional and confidential outreach service to the clients which will include undertaking review visits, ensuring income maximisation and liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies. You will be based in a reasonably central location to your area which is central England (Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire).
