Fair Value Approach

We ensure our service offers fair value to those seeking our help, whether that is of financial or non-financial benefit.  We believe our holistic approach enables us to understand individual need, circumstance, and objectives to offer services that help everyone achieve good outcomes.

At Perennial we regularly review our services to check that they meet the needs of our service users, an essential part of this is gaining services users feedback on the outcomes they have achieved through our services.

To support our regulated debt advice work we have developed a Fair Value and Assessment Framework to assess all relevant aspects of value within our debt service. We will continue to assess our FCA regulated service annually or more frequently where required.
