Helpline and casework update

We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high demand for our support services.

Due to this unprecedented demand our helpline is very busy and we may be unable answer your enquiry immediately. Please be assured that we will answer your message as soon as we can, however it may take up to a week before we are able to respond.

Our team are working hard to prioritise our support based on people’s circumstances, wherever possible.  

If you need out of hours support or you need in the moment support you can contact our 24/7 services provided by Spectrum life. This support complements our helpline, helping people to deal with work and personal pressures more effectively. Calls are answered by an accredited clinician.

For people needing a referral into to our personalised casework advice and information services relating to housing, health and social care, employment, training, benefits, family and relationships, please be aware that referrals may take 4 – 6 weeks.
