Wellbeing Research 2025
With our recent research, we wanted to better understand the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of all those who work in the horticulture industry and the ways that they can be best supported. The findings provide an updated and more in-depth view of the challenges people in horticulture face, many of which will come as no surprise to those who work in the industry, However, it will take industry-wide action to address and create change.
Our new research shows that it is vital that everybody can access the advice and support they need in the places that they live, work and seek services, to be able to take control of their emotional, physical and financial wellbeing.
The industry needs to work together to find solutions that will make a long-term difference, so please take action today.
