Perennial are offering a limited number of places on MHFA England's online training course on 3rd & 4th November, for free.
This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to spot the signs of someone experiencing poor mental health in the workplace, be confident to start a conversation and understand ways to signpost them to appropriate support - creating a healthier, more supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Organisations who fulfil the following criteria can apply for one of these places.
- Are in the horticulture industry
- Have between 5 - 30 employees
- Are located in the United Kingdom
- Can commit to the same team member attending the 2 x day, online course on the 3rd & 4th November 2026
