Join us at Fullers Mill Garden for our annual Colchicum day.
Colchicum experts Rod Leeds and Kit Grey-Wilson will be sharing their expert knowledge of these beautiful flowers.
Our experts will be delivering insightful talks in the sheltered seating area:
- 11:00am-11:30am - Rod Leeds - Colchicums! Why the muddle?
- 11:30am-12noon - Kit Grey-Wilson - Colchicum, an overview for Gardeners
Rod's talk will focus on the picked flowers on display and the simplicity of propagation
Whilst Kit will be looking at the genus, spring and autumn-flowering, in the wild and in cultivation, selecting out those species that do particularly well in the open garden, and also the appeal of colchicums.
Come along and find out about these stunning blooms and visit our nine varieties in flower in the garden.
