Fundraising Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic fundraising manager to join our passionate team. The foundations have been put in place, the team has settled in and now we need an experienced fundraiser to take us to the next level. In this role you will be leading our corporate, major donor, community, and events teams to implement a fundraising strategy focusing on major donors, corporate partners, special events, legacies and community fundraising. The successful candidate will have a key role in the work that Perennial will do over the coming years to take the wonderful private garden that Sir Roy has so generously given to us and establish it as a leading visitor destination for garden lovers across the UK and abroad. This will require a gardening leader with vision, top level horticultural knowledge and skills, excellent team building skills and a passion for the project of developing The Laskett as a must-visit and repeat-visit garden.

Community Fundraiser

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic community fundraiser to join our passionate team. In this role you will develop our community fundraising volunteers and supporters to raise money and support for Perennial. You will be a proactive member of the team. This is a relatively new fundraising stream for Perennial.  You will be joining our current Community Fundraising Manager who developed our community fundraising strategy in 2019.  Sadly 2020 resulted in many events being cancelled and the development of community fundraising was held back. However, it did provide the opportunity to test some different activities and fine tune the strategy to start rolling forward in 2021 but really develop once more in 2022.
