Sometimes life can become stressful. You might experience a change in circumstance or sudden life-changing event such as ill health, job loss, relationship breakdown or bereavement. You might be worried about money. We can work with you to cope with the challenges which you may be concerned about.

Who to contact to discuss mental health concerns
Whilst our team are ready to support you with many of life’s challenging events, we’re not mental health specialists.
If you find yourself in a crisis or emergency situation you will need to access specialist support, please click here for who to contact in a crisis.
If you do not require urgent support but are still concerned about your mental health, contacting your GP is a good place to start.
