Support for your mental health

Looking after your mental health is not something we should just do if we are struggling, feeling low, anxious or stressed. It's actually something we should think about all the time and really invest in, just like with our physical health

We can work with you to cope with the challenges which you may be concerned about. You might experience a change in circumstance or sudden life-changing event such as ill health, job loss, relationship breakdown or bereavement. You might be worried about money.

Our team is here to listen and help. Please call our helpline in confidence on 0800 093 8543 or complete our Services Contact Form.

Our helpline is open 9am – 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Open 10am – 4.30pm on Wednesday. Excludes bank holidays.

Who you can to talk to about mental health concerns

Whilst the team are here at Perennial can support you, we are not mental health specialists and there may be times when you need specialist help.

If you don’t need urgent support but are still concerned about your mental health, your GP is a good place to start: contact your GP.
