Help with looking after someone else

Caring for a loved one who is ill, disabled or older can be valuable and rewarding, but without the right support caring can have an impact on your health, your job, your finances and your social life.

Having the right information at the right time can make a huge difference for you and the person you look after.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Carers UK – to offer you the free help, advice and support you might need at anytime, anywhere to:

  • Build networks of support
  • Find information relevant to your needs
  • Stay resilient yourself
  • Manage the care given more effectively

Their Digital Resource has been created to offer a wealth of practical, emotional, and financial information for you. Developed in response to feedback from those who are looking after someone and combined with the specialist knowledge of the Carers UK charity, it is a comprehensive, valuable free tool for everyone in our horticultural community.
