If you haven’t already done so, please send through any guest names and dietary requirements to events@perennial.org.uk. Please send this through by Wednesday 18 September, thank you.

Envelope Raffle
We will be running our fantastic envelope raffle with some amazing prizes up for grabs. Tickets will be £40 for a Gold envelope and £20 for a Silver envelope and there’s a 1 in 3 chance of winning a prize! Prizes include A Garden on a Roll, Mamma Mia theatre tickets, Rob Beckett tickets, Tour and Tasting for Two at Kingscote Vineyard and Clarins beauty products.
Cash and Card
Please be aware that the venue is a cashless venue so they will only be able to take card payments for additional drinks orders. We will however be able to take cash for anything relating to fundraising on the night including our envelope raffle, we do encourage cash for the envelope raffle where possible!
Photography
On the day of the event we like to take photos to use in our literature and social media to help promote our events further. If you would not like your image used in this way, please do ensure that you speak to one of the staff at the raffle desk so they can let the Team know.

Please note, the hotel does not have parking on site. Drop off and pick up are available in front of the hotel. Guests are entitled to a 25% discount: this can be claimed upon departure with the reception team.
