Our team no longer oversees the bookings between clubs and speakers. Have a look through our directory and contact the speaker you would like to book a talk with via the booking link on their page. This will open a form where you can provide your details and a message. Our system will automatically email your form to the speaker that you have chosen.

You will be able to discuss the fee directly with the speaker and pay them for their talk. Our speakers control the price of their talks and then make a voluntary donation to Perennial afterwards.

Our speakers may not always respond immediately. If it’s been over two weeks, we recommend sending a follow-up message to ensure your query reaches them.

This can vary depending on the speaker and the topic of their talk. When you contact the speaker, be sure to ask if they require any specific equipment or materials. They will let you know what’s needed in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a talk, please contact the speaker directly as soon as possible. They will work with you to find a suitable solution. Be sure to confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion.

Some of our speakers are able to offer virtual talks. Please contact your speaker of choice directly to see if this is something that they can accommodate.
Garden talks
The Speaker Directory is one of our long-standing fundraising activities and features a wide range of topics from professional horticulturists around the country.
Your club can easily book a talk with a speaker of your choice by contacting them directly via the Speaker Directory below. By booking a talk, you will be supporting gardeners, greenkeepers, landscapers, groundskeepers and all those working in horticulture and their families who find themselves in difficulty.
Fees
Our speakers control the price of their talks and then make a voluntary donation to Perennial afterwards. Please discuss the cost of the talks, and any expenses that may be incurred, directly with them.
