Casework services

Our casework team can provide advice and information about housing, health and social care, employment, training, benefits, family and relationships for people working in horticulture and their families. We will signpost you to specialist services, where required. 

We often start by looking at where you are now and where you would like to be and how we can help get you there. 

After speaking to our helpline, our team may provide one-on-one support for individuals facing complex issues, helping them navigate and access entitlements like housing, health and social benefits, and employment. Our caseworkers work with you to create a plan, connect you with services, and advocate on your behalf, with the goal of empowering you to make you own decisions and improve your situation. 

After 4-6 weeks we will reflect on the progress we have made and consider any additional help and support you might need.

Everyone leaves our services with an agreed plan and tools for the future, this might include accessing local groups and services, continuing to increase your skills or confidence to build a better future for yourself, in a way that feels right for you.
