Our helpline team will be the first point of contact if you have a question. People call us about health, housing, employment, care and money, but we are happy to provide simple, easy to understand information and advice with any issue you may be facing, however complicated. 

Where people need help with longer term solutions our helpline team will discuss our Casework and Money and Debt Services or access to other specialist services.

When you contact us, our supportive team will listen to you, to understand more about you, and the challenges you’re facing.

To provide you with the best advice and information we may need to understand your financial situation, any support you are already receiving and proof of your industry connection. We may need to refer you to our Specialist services.

Please call our Helpline on 0800 093 8543 (open 9am – 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Open 10am – 4.30pm on Wednesday. Excludes bank holidays). Our Helpline will be closed on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November 2024 for staff training.

If you need help with your mental or physical wellbeing during this time, you can download our Health and Wellbeing app which will provide you with access to a 24/7 support service.
